Terms of Service

Last updated:

This site (the "Kick BRB Clips Player" generator page and the player page it builds URLs for) is provided as a free, backend-free utility for building an OBS Browser Source URL. By using it, you agree to the following.

Service provided as-is

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the clips it displays.

Kick's API and content

The player page fetches clip data directly from Kick.com's public API in your browser (or the viewer's OBS instance) — nothing is proxied or stored by this site. We don't host or own that content, don't control its availability, and aren't responsible for it. Your use of it remains subject to Kick's own Terms of Service. It's your responsibility to have the right to display a given channel's clips (e.g. it's your own channel, or you otherwise have permission).

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to circumvent Kick's own access controls or rate limits, or to misrepresent the source of any clip it displays.

Changes

This tool may change or stop being available at any time, without notice. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
